Royce J. D'Silva

Royce carries with him a rich experience of over 12 years in various business and leadership roles. Started his career with the Hospitality sector and later joined Jobsahead.com (Now part of Monster.com) during the launch phase, where he was instrumental in creating a brand awareness and acquiring key clients in IT, Banking, Finance & Logistics sectors.
After a fruitful 3 year phase with Jobsahead.com, he moved on to join Eljay HR Consultants as a Business Partner. During his 6 year tenure, Royce was responsible in positioning Eljay HR as a preferred consultant to leading media giants like the Times of India Group, Hindustan Times Media, Nimbus Communication, Zee Network etc. Royce founded Maximus Global Consultants in 2009 with a commitment to providing Quality Human Resource Solutions.

Sidney Vaz

Sidney's journey to Maximus Global Consultants spans over a period of 10 years, that is highlighted by associations with leading names across various sectors. Having started his career with telecom-giant Lucent Technologies, he was then associated with a leading retail giant before joining Eljay HR Consultants in a Team Lead position in the year 2006.
At Eljay, he was responsible for mid and senior level talent-acquisition for industry leaders in the media (T.V, Print, Radio, Online, Digital) and Financial Consulting Sectors. Sidney, then moved on to co-founding Maximus Global Consultants in 2009 and currently shares the responsibility of building and enabling the Maximus Global Consultants vision.

Aditi Badlani

A Management Grad with 8 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition. Aditi started her career with executive search moving on to become a part of the talent acquisition team of corporates like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Times of India and Ernst & Young.
Her association with Maximus Global Consultants started in 2010 with an objective to be a successful career manager and to provide clients with superior and excellent professionals who share their values and objectives.

Saili Harmunje

A Management Grad with 6 years of experience in HR with the Times Group. Saili started her career as a trainee with the recruitment team in Times Group - Mumbai, moving on to be a part of their national recruitment team and finally the HR Head for Times Group - Pune. Saili was instrumental in implementing SAP at the Times Group HR.
Saili looks after the Pune operations at Maximus Global Consultants.

Rosette Fernandes

A graduate from IHM Mumbai and an MBA from Auckland Institute of Studies, New Zealand, Rosette has gained corporate experience with leading names like Mariott International, India and GE Money, New Zealand. Bringing with her, domain knowledge of the hospitality sector, Rosette joined Maximus Global Consultants in 2011 with a strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resouring and is instrumental in the business plans for that industry.

Julie Sheejo

A Management Graduate with experience in various functions of Human Resource, Julie has been associated with the Financial Services Industry. She started her career with Times Of Money, part of the Times Of India Group as an MBA graduate. She then moved on Protiviti Consulting, a leading name in the Financial Consulting / Audit business.
Having grown extensively in these organisations, Julie began her association with Maximus Global Consultants in 2011 with an objective to become a successful recruitment specialist.

Anushree Marathe

A management graduate with 8 yrs of experience handling responsibilities in Recruitment & Generalist HR and has handled various assignments/projects under Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Retention. Anushree brings a wealth of experience from her associations with organizations like Kelly Services, SBI Life Insurance, Crest Animation and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd.
She joined Maximus Global Consultants in 2011, and is committed to ensuring effective Talent Acquisition and Recruitment practices.
